THE SIEGFRIED SASSOON - Chertsey (Surrey) based, free-pop quintet that 'have been around for ages'... we've just heard their newest EP and get the feeling that everyone will know who this band are in a few months time. For Fans Of: Cursive, At The Drive-In and Fickle Public. Forthcoming on Public Service Broadcast #8

OPPENHEIMER - Belfast based two-piece Oppenheimer deal strictly in POP! Signed to Bar/None records in the US, this band are two dozen gigs old and have already been guests of The Bravery, Architechture in Helsinki and Regina Spektor. This is the band's only London show on their UK tour. "All poetic and blip-tastic" – BBC Radio Ulster. For fans of: Stereolab, The Postal Service and Joy Zipper. Debut single on Smalltown America launched at this show.

LOVE ENDS DISASTER! - "Who will be big this year? 'Love Ends Disaster!' They mix classic indie with Sonic Youth guitars" - Bloc Party in N.M.E. LED! Update a Bahaus and Gang Of Four no-wave blueprint to startling effect. "This band will be massive. We've not been wrong before." - Rough Trade. New EP launched at this show on Denial Records.

FIXITKID - For Fans Of: Shellac, The Dead Kennedies, The Jesus Lizard, Part Chimp. The 'Kid have been hammering out vitriolic math-gloom-core for the last five years at their rehearsal room/recording studio/record label office Dubrek Studios in Derby. Their's is a story of DIY perseverance finally going overgroung via Huw Stephens and Mike Davies at Radio One. It's about time too. This rare London appearance is in support of limited edition (on blood red vinyl only) single 'Whiskey Pit/I Speak In Sparks' out March 13th on the band's Fight Me imprint.
