Fixit Kid 'Go Prog' on New Album

Fixit Kid album (who you'll remember from PSB#5) release their new album 'The Easy Way Out' on their own FightMe Records imprint this Monday, November 7th.

For fans of Big Black and The Jesus Lizard; Fixit Kid have previously earned the Peel Seal Of Approval and have recently supported Part Chimp with their brand of monstrous, unrelenting syncopated punk.

Mat from the band spoke to STA last week about the release, 'On the new record we have added violins, double bass, clarinet and trombone on the new record its almost prog!'

In a blaze of publicity Fight Me also release two other records on the same day: You Judas' 'Discover Mutiny' and 'Red Paint On The Odessa Steps' by The Swarm.

Catalogue Number for 'The Easy Way Out' is [FIGHTME004]; distro is via Shellshock/Pinnacle partnership.

Fixit Kid play Club Fandango on Wednesday, November 9th @ The Water Rats in London.
