Tickets For STA Christmas Party Now On Sale

Talking about Christmas already?! What's going on STA...?  Okay, so admittedly it's a little too early to get excited about opening our presents but allow us to get excited about the festivities!

The Young Playthings (pictured) will host this year's STA Christmas Party. Our event will take place on Tuesday, December 20th at the Luminaire in Kilburn.

Joining the boys on the bill are the stunning An Emergency, who will be treating us to highlights from debut album 'We Are The Octagonists' out now (on Captains of Industry). For Fans Of: Dismemberment Plan and Q and Not U.

Also onstage will be the beautiful, alt-pop of Neat People (NP may be a new name for some of you but as Lemar would say 'if there's any justice in the world..' they'll be as ubiquitous as James Blunt in '06. Think Jackson Five doing Dexy's Midnight Runners covers (are you sure STA? - oh yes!)

Finally, the suave angular Bowie-shaped 'gentleman rock' of Hundred Handed whose Pure Groove released debut album 'Our Dead Language' is a must buy.

Did we mention that three of these bands are appearing on PSB#7? What a convenient plug... do you see what we did there?

Crazy kids TYPT are in the studio as we speak, recording the follow up to 'Love U Like That'. 'She's A Rebel' will be as elegantly packaged as it's predecessor, with six different screen printed sleeves to choose from. Yum! There are a few copies left of 'Love U Like That' instore - thanks for all your orders. Some people have been enquiring about pre-ordering the second single. We're working on a way to facilitate that easily for you - stay tuned.
