How PSB Works
In short, this is how it works:
- You mail your music to us: Smalltown America, 58 Casterbridge Road, London, SE3 9AQ
- We listen to your music and add your details to our resource centre and mailing list
- We let you know if we're interested in including one of your songs on our next compilation
- You decide if you would like us to include your track
- We sequence, master and manufacture your song along with all the other contributions
- We sell your record on this website
- We sell your record at Smalltown America shows
- We post promotional copies to people who will actually listen to the record and do something for both us and you with it
- We try to sell all the copies of the record
- All the profit - every penny - is spent on making the next compilation
- We publish our accounts on this site retrospectively - so you can see we've done on the record
- We stream the record from our media archive (you may opt out of this if you wish)
- We move onto the next record
