[3] In The Studio: LaFaro

LaFaro have returned to their hometown of Portrush to record the follow up to last year's 'Easy Meat'; this time deciding that home comforts and fag breaks in the conservatory are a crucial part of the creative process read a short interview with Dave on the STA Blog. We are very lucky to have heard the album roughs - this record is gonna kill.

[4] In The Studio: Jetplane Landing

Jetplane Landing return to their recording studio in Derry this week to begin work on their fourth as yet untitled studio album. It's been five years since we released Backlash Cop and lots has happened since then, probably none of which is reflected in this material, but I can say that there is 'something for everyone' on this record and that it's not called Chinese Democracy 2.

(ps - illustration by Kris Platt - I found this when I was clearing out the studio, I worry about that boy)
