Quite why the whole country isn't trumpeting the success of Fighting With Wire is still a mystery.

Signed to Atlantic Records through Derry indie label Smalltown America, FWW spent five years building up to their 'Man vs Monster' debut record, and it shows.  The media, from Zane Lowe to Kerrang!, have been quick to champion them and tours with the likes of Reuben, Biffy Clyro, Seafood, Million Dead, YCNI:M and Future of the Left have helped spread the word.  It's been a long time since Ireland produced a top flight rock band but the wait is over.
