Northern Irish four-piece LaFaro return to Dublin on July 5th for a headline show at Whelan’s. Described as a “wrecking ball of a band”, the Belfast rockers are a rythmic post-hardcore band whose music is designed to pulverize dancefloors and leave no bottle of beer undrunk. Support on the night comes from No Spill Blood, a recently formed and critically acclaimed three piece including Matt Hedigan of Elk, Lar Keye of Adebisi Shank and Ruadhan O’Meara of the Magic Pockets.

If that’s not enough to whet your appetite, Before Machines will play a free late show in Whelan’s upstairs venue on the same night. With an album due for release in late 2012, Before Machines will be looking to add to their impressive collection of live shows to date.
